Shipping Information: Every order is custom potted and packaged to ensure your new pets look their best. Orders ship in 2-3 days and take 2-3 days to arrive via USPS Priority Mail. Please expect your plants to arrive in the mail 1 week after you order. FedEx expedited orders ship the next day via FedEx 2 Day Express service (weekends and holidays do not count as days). Shipping Rates: Potted plants (no cage): $5.95 first plant, $2.00 each additional plant. Kits (plants with terrariums): $6.95 first kit, $3.00 each additional kit. Accessories: Accessories ship at no additional cost. Books: $1.00 additional cost. See all rates. |
Winter Shipping: We do our best to ensure that your plants look their best during the winter. However, plants may be smaller as they typically enter winter dormancy. In the months of January-March, we may hold your order longer than normal due to weather constraints. In cold regions, we recommend that your order is delivered to a place where it will be inside. Most plants die in shipping while in a freezing mailbox, not during transit. All plants are guaranteed to arrive alive. If your plant is dead, we will replace it for free. |
